Spring Podcast Recommendations

I listen to podcasts all the time. When I’d like distraction in my mind from the discomfort in my body, I prefer to just lay back and listen. And there is SO much excellent content out there. I’ve curated some excellent ones for you - some on health, but not all. Because we do not have to be thinking and learning about wellness all the time, right? And I’ve highlighted several specific outstanding episodes from these podcast series too.​ 

On Why I Love DC  

I love love love this city! I joke it's because I like white marble. There's a lot of that here! I do like what the white marble represents - ideals, Rome and politics. I also love discussing politics with the smartest cab drivers anywhere. 

Now is the Thinnest Time

Today begins Samhain, which literally means “summer’s end.” November 1 also marks the beginning of the new year in the Celtic calendar. And because of that, today (and the night preceding - Halloween) is considered the thinnest time of the all the thin times in the entire year.
